BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PHUKET BLONDE, THAILAND
Bookings – Please book well ahead of time to avoid
disappointment. We have only a limited amount of rooms and both
locations are at times fully booked. We advise you to book at least
1-2 months ahead of your arrival date. Late bookings / arrivals may
be accommodated, but please plan ahead.
Deposits – In order to secure a bungalow or room, we do
require guests to pay a holding deposit. The deposit is 20% of the
total package price given. Payment for the room/s or bungalows also
need to be fully paid for before arrival, the reason we do this is
simple – our accommodation is very limited and as previously said,
often fully booked out. Please note – Location 1 (The Paradise) will
need to be paid for at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your scheduled
arrival date. Location 2 (The Garden Guesthouse) will need to be
paid for at least 1 month (31 days) before your scheduled arrival
date. We want to help you to have a great and unforgettable holiday,
we don’t you disappointed because of booked out accommodation.
Refunds – We can only refund holding deposits in the case of
cancellations before:
Location 1 – At least 14 days before your arrival date.
Location 2 – At least 31 days before your arrival date.
If you decide to cancel once you have paid up in full, we are unable
to refund any monies as we have already allocated the room /
bungalow for rent. If we do not receive payment in full before these
dates lapse, we will consider this to be a cancellation. We
apologize in advance for not be able to do so but, our locations are
in high demand and we must secure them the best we can.
Payment – There are two options for payment.
1. Secure PayPal account (Credit Cards and Bank Transfers)
2. Direct Bank Deposit. (Our Australian Bank Account)
Unfortunately we do not take cheques or cash. Online, please use
PayPal for your credit cards if desired. PayPal is a secure and easy
way to make financial transactions. You may also find it just as
easy to transfer funds via your internet banking.
Conditions – As previously stated - airfare, insurance,
applicable taxes (if any), other ‘non-package’ related costs such as
tours, lunch, dinner, mini-bar, taxis (other than airport
transfers), theft, accidents, sickness, visas, weather and breakages
are not our responsibility. We take no personal liability for your
actions whatsoever. Obviously like all travel, common sense applies.
Check In / Out – Most rooms and bungalows are ready for check
in by 3pm. We will do all that is possible to make sure this
happens. Most probably, they will be available AM. We do ask our
guests to be checked out by at least 11am on the day of departure.
All min-bar costs (if any) are then to be settled by you.
Booking confirmation – Once we have received your booking
deposit payment, you will receive a booking code. When full payment
is received you shall receive another booking code to confirm your
stay. This will be needed when you are picked up at the airport and
upon arrival at the guesthouse.
